awakening

As I took my daily walk I could not help but think about the warm sunshine which we have missed for so many months . It is like the earth and trees and grass are waking up and yawning as the sun hits them and they feel the first warm rays. The snow is still hiding some parts of the earth but soon that will not be.
The buds will soon be on the branches, and that is a sure sign of spring. We wonder when spring is coming, but the trees and the Geese and Robins seem to know. God made us the dominate species on this earth, but he gave other creatures some powers that we do not have.
